Important Notice: Mr. Om Prakash Tiwari No Longer Holds MD Position at Aashirbad agro feeds Industry
This is to inform all concerned that Mr. Dipendra Lamsal (Marketing Director), Mr. Ganesh Lamichhane (Senior Accountant), and Mr. Om Prakash Tiwari (Managing Director) have all left Aashirbad Agro Feeds simultaneously. Their departure has caused confusion and misrepresentation among many customers, social media platforms, and other institutional bodies where they are still being considered as representatives or staff of Aashirbad Agro Feeds or are listed in the same official positions.
We clarify that since the end of Chaitra 2080 (mid-April 2024), none of these individuals hold any official position or shareholding status within Aashirbad Agro Feeds Industry Pvt. Ltd. Furthermore, they have outstanding accounts and responsibilities to settle with the organization. Despite requests for a formal handover, they have not complied.
Therefore, we strongly urge all customers, suppliers, and partners not to engage in any business or transactions under the name of Aashirbad Agro Feeds with these individuals or based on any representation made by them.
This notice is issued to prevent any further confusion or unauthorized dealings in the name of Aashirbad Agro Feeds Industry Pvt. Ltd.
